 In April of 2006, Charlotte took to the road with her band for a tour of the UK - her first since the release of the 'Tissues and Issues' Album. The first stop on the tour was Glasgow's Clyde Auditorium. For the mid date on her tour, Charlotte rocked the Shepherds Bush Empire in London. For the closing date of her sell-out tour, Charlotte was back in her home town of Cardiff.
Charlotte
gave an
exclusive live gig for
competition winners in January.
The gig and accompanying
interview was presented in a

special.
Charlotte appeared on BBC1's 'Davina'
(February 15th) with an
interview and a live performance
of 'Moodswings'.

on the Jools Holland Show on Radio 2.

date of 'Even God Can't Change The Past' (December
5th), Charlotte appeared on ITV1's 'This Morning'
for a chat and a live performance.
Charlotte was
special guest on 'The Chris Evans Show' (December
3rd). An entertaining chat with Chris on his
Saturday afternoon show for Radio 2.

appearance of the year on Tuesday (29th November,

yes, 4.30am! - to travel from Cardiff to London
to chat to Chris Moyles.
Charlotte was featured on
CD:UK on September 17th with a live performance of 'Call My
Name'.
Charlotte was special
guest on one of her favourite chat shows on Monday, 12th
September.
Charlotte was Breakfast's
live guest on September 6th. They talked about the 'Call My
Name' video and the 'Tissues and Issues' album.
Charlotte performed
"Call My Name" on tonight's Top Of The Pops
(September 4th). TOTP is the BBC's flagship music programme,
based around the countdown of the UK singles chart and
future hits.
Charlotte gave a great
live performance of 'Show A Little Faith' on this week's
CD:UK (17th July). It was an ideal opportunity to showcase
another track from 'Tissues and Issues' in the week that the
album went on sale in the UK.
In the launch week of ‘Tissues and Issues’, Charlotte met hundreds of fans as she gave live performances and signed copies of the album at HMV stores in Cardiff and London. Here is UKMark’s report from the London event …
Charlotte gave a
close up and personal performance for 100 hometown fans in a
Cardiff record shop on July 11th to launch her first pop
album.
Charlotte popped
into London's Capital FM on July 11th, the
release date for 'Tissues and Issues'. Chris
Brooks was standing in for Johnny Vaughan as
Charlotte chatted with the Breakfast Show gang.
It was a busy start to the week as Charlotte was
due back in Cardiff that evening for the first
of her HMV CD signing events.
Charlotte performed
Crazy Chick on tonight's Top Of The Pops (July 8th).
TOTP is the BBC's flagship music programme, based
around the countdown of the UK singles chart and future
hits. Only fitting then for Charlotte to open
the show as Crazy Chick was this week's highest new
entry at number 2!
Charlotte was featured twice on
GMTV this Monday (July 4th). First with Andrew Castle and
Kate Garraway then an hour later with Lorraine Kelly.
Charlotte performed 'Crazy
Chick' on CD:UK for the second time in as many weeks. With
'Crazy Chick' expected to enter in the high reaches of
the UK singles chart today (3rd July) it was only fitting that
Charlotte should be featured again so soon and, what a
performance she gave! Later in the show Charlotte reviewed
next week's new releases in the 'Hotshots' segment.
Hit40UK ran a special
feature on Charlotte this week (July 2nd). Charlotte talks
about life, love and all things crazy!

Charlotte was back on ITV1's live daytime show 'This
Morning' on Tuesday, June 28th. Regular presenters Fern
Britton and Phillip Schofield chatted to Charlotte about
her life, the tabloids (putting many stories straight in
the process) and, the new single and album. Charlotte
closed the show with a live performance of 'Crazy
Chick'.
Charlotte was special
guest on 'Front Row', Monday June 27th. Front Row is BBC
Radio 4's live magazine programme on the world of arts,
literature, film, media and music. As noted on the BBC
Website: "Mark Lawson talks to Charlotte Church about her
latest album 'Tissues and Issues' in which she explores a
whole range of musical genres from pop to blues to motown.
Charlotte made a guest
appearance on BBC Radio 2's 'Steve Wright in the Afternoon'
show. One of the UK's most popular (and long term!) radio
presenters, Steve Wright hosts a weekday show mixing music,
entertainment news, 'factoids' and, talk to top guests.
Steve's light hearted approach always makes for a great
listen.
Charlotte closed a busy
weekend of live performances across the UK with a visit to
Hampden Park, Glasgow for 'Live + Loud with One Scotland'.
Charlotte showcased a number of tracks from the forthcoming
Tissues and Issues album and was caught immediately after
her performance for a brief interview.

Just back from a whistle
stop visit to New Zealand, Charlotte made an appearance
in the TRL studios this Friday. TRL (Total Request Live)
is MTV's live weeknight show featuring top celebrity guests
and the latest entertainment news.
Charlotte made two
appearances on Channel 4's T4 sequence (Sunday, June 12th)
between the regular programmes. Her first appearance was an
interview followed later that afternoon with a live studio
performance of 'Crazy Chick'.
Charlotte
was special guest on BBC Radio 2's Dermot O'Leary show
- Saturday, June 11. In addition to talking at length with
Dermot, Charlotte also gave a brilliant acoustic performance
of Crazy Chick and her own take on 'Man With The Child In
His Eyes' by Kate Bush.
Only a few weeks since CD:UK premiered the 'Crazy Chick' promotional video,
Charlotte was back with the show's 'Spotlight' feature.
The CD:UK cameras
followed Charlotte for the day (7th June) as she
prepared to attend the Glamour magazine awards in
London.

 Charlotte was at the BBC on June 9th to record the Jonathan Ross show. It was 2 years to the day since her last appearance on what is arguably, the most important of all the chat shows in the UK.
