Is she on a crash diet? or diet in general?

I was looking online to see if i could find the meal plan she was following because i noticed she lost quite a bit of weight before the "Tissues and Issues" album came out, i think she has always been beautuful no matter what and her music is the main thing i love. i was just wondering. is she on a diet? if so which one? I'm just curious.
